That's what I assumed... but wasn't sure thanks. I guess you'll have to redo that turn as the other stuff is wacky... sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Hey, Tom FYI, you put the wrong turn (another game's turn) in this game's folder.

OMG yep that was me, as my Grandma used to say to me "if brains were dynamite you'd be safe in a matches factory" everything is back to how it should be.

No problems, I do it quite often... also, just in case it was missed, when you get a chance redo your turn for this game... somehow the file is corrupt, as per bomber. Thanks brother. "If brains were dynamite you'd be safe in a matches factory". That's a good one.

Shall I add this game to my list of defunct games?

See above couple of messages.. I left two messages that the French turn file was corrupt, as per ernie's diagnosis. Tom needs to redo his turn as I was expending 5k raw to bombard his shores.

Hahaha, no worries and sorry for the replay... maybe just reload the one you did again and see if it fixes it? I put the replay request above... no worries. Given that we are starting the other 38 game, and Cp and Lao aren't playing... should we continue? I'm fine leaving it on the side for bit, dropping it altogether, or continuing.

I am still in this game I think. I placed a Turn 49 in the folder for Bombur, and he seems to have played it.

Oohh, okay for some reason I thought you weren't... too much football didn't do well for my brain. Then let the battle continue.

Well that is a huge fleet I would say that they would use 4K/5K of oil for naval bombardment there may be a resource issue where Raw is being removed instead of Oil.

Though I do note a reduction in oil. of 1204 oil that is still low for a fleet of that size.

And yes there is a reduction of oil for naval bombardment as much as for naval movement not sure why even ships that fire their guns in port expend oil ?

Sounds about right... but raw is harder to come by, and how long will it persist? I can't sustain that kind of draw.

Weird... yeah I lose oil as well... what to do, what to do?

Sounds fatal if you can't produce units its game over. I would try scuppering your entire fleet and see if that reduces RAW expenditure[:D] no only joking.

There are basically three things I can think of that may explain this.

1). Bombur has decided that some ships use coal, and thus use RAW instead of OIL.

2). Bombur has made a mistake in assigning what a certain kind(s) of SFT uses, and they use RAW instead of OIL.

3). There is a bug in the game, introduced by one of Vics recent patches.
