Load outs

It is August '43 and I am trying to equip Hurricane IIC with Rockets but they are not an option.
On the equipment screen they are listed as one of the aircraft that can have rockets.
Rocket dates are given as 6-41 to 5-44.
Same for Typhoon 1B
However the Hurricane IV is OK

What am I missing ?

Data shows that rockets on Hurricane IIC starts on 1943/9, on Typhoon IB 1943/10, which means that they shouldn't show up in august.

Rockets on Hurricane IV have no availability dates.

Is that information accessible from within the game, the data on the rockets from the 'weapons' screen seems to give the aircraft availability date rather than the equipment attachment date ?

It was visible only in the editor, but future load outs should become visible in one of the patches.
