Steam question

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Hi, cannot find info about how I can transfer my games to Steam, or what I will have to do to register on Steam!
And: Can you play the same game both on Steam and not?
