Brian thought it might be a good idea to put together a schedule for my invasions and I've cobbled together
a list of places, what TF, what destination, when I should be there and when I estimate it will fall.
I've left of Kaiveng and Hollandia and Kuching and maybe some other places I've landed already. I'm mostly
playing this by ear. Flying by the seat of my pants.
EDIT: So far I'm slightly ahead of schedule.

According to this ground unit withdrawl schedule I'm soon going to be losing my Viet Minh dvisions. It's fine with
me, I couldn't move them anyway.

I was looking through the industry just now and found some HI places that had already paid for the
conversion, all I had to do is start the repairs. Pretty nifty I think. It's going to cost some
supply but I think I have enough for that. Next I'll take a look at the refineries.

RE: RHS II scen 129 GP and me
There's a situation at Harbin. I have the choice to repair the LI and HI and Manpower and Munitions Plant there
and I'm wondering if I should do it. It's probably going to be fine through most of the war but when the Russians
get ansy they'll probably just take it away from me. Besides if I repair the LI and there's not enough RES then
there's no turning the LI off. I'd have to skuddle the HI instead to leave enough for the LI units. I'm wondering
if I should forgo repairing all this stuff. What say you guys?

Here's the aircraft and engines for 10Dec41 and I'm seeing all kinds of things to change. I'm building a/c I'm
not going to need, engines that I'm not going to need, etc. and I need to take my time and go over this bad boy
and figure out what needs to be changed to what and boosted PRN, so I've got my work cut out for me. Maybe I
should take a therapudic nap first.

Okie dokie I'm up from my nap and I've been making changes here and there jumping around from one problemo to the next.
I've found a situation where the carriers and AO's are all at station Texico so without thinking much about it I
refueled both carrier TF's and doing so has sapped the AO TF of 500 of it's ops today. D'oh. There's an Allied sub in
that hex and it's not good to spend ops points in the same hex with an enemy sub. I've got my fingers crossed he's
going to make it out of the hex alive. I'm predicting it's demise, I realize.

RE: RHS II scen 129 GP and me
I was going over the map and saw some ships at Wake and I couldn't imagine what ships *I*
had that could possibly be at Wake already so I had to investigate. That two-ships symbol
stands for 4 sub TF's in that hex. Now I know. I'm debating putting them all in the same
TF. Since they are there for point defense it makes sense to do that. On the other hand
it might make them easier to detect. What's the right answer for this situation?
EDIT: Anybody?

Task Force 137 is close enough to Miri that they will probably land sometime tonight or early morning and
discharge their holds of all the stuff they brought here. I'm not real sure that the escorts can suppress
the CD guns long enough for all the ships to empty their guts all over the beaches.

And another thing: There's a hex NE of Saigon that the map is calling Binh Long and it might be a coincidence
but I was an E-5 carrying an M-16 when I was at "Long Binh". That's what we called it.

I found what we're calling a Pirates Brigade. I'm going to set it in motion to head north and see if I can't
tackle that old french fort on the river, I forget the name of it now.

Hey you guys....why would drop tanks be unavailable at San Diego? It's got AF units there, plenty of supply, etc.

RE: RHS II scen 129 GP and me
I finally got some moves from Brian and I watched the combat replay and now I'm going through all
the Tracker data and I see where Osaka's supply level is falling. It fell by about half last turn
and about half again this turn so I'm thinking I might have to turn off the repair of something at
Osaka. Maybe everything at Osaka. I've bumped up the supplies needed so I'll let it go one more
turn to see if that fixed the problem or if I really DO need to turn off repairs.
Turns have been coming slower lately because Brian is taking some kind of medicine that makes his
hands shake so bad he has trouble controlling his mouse. That's a tough problem to overcome. Send
some healing vibrations his way okie dokie you guys.

I found two factories that were producing engines for planes I'm not building and two that were for rocket
engines and converted all four to the engine for the George. That way we'll have plenty on hand for when
the George becomes available. Now I need to figure out the planes and convert a lot of the planes I don't
need to Georges.

I've boosted the number of George factories to six and set the repairs to heal so maybe soon we'll have some
serious R&D going on. Got the airframes and engines going, now to check the numbers.

The numbers say that I slightly overestimated the number of engines needed so I'll just use the overage to
engine the Franks when they become available.

Kota Bharu fell last night and the fighting troops are having a day of rest before they move out chasing the
KB remnants. The base itself has some damage to the airfield and the LI took some hits. But the RES center
is up and running. I've got lots of engineers there and I flew in a squadron of Nates for top cover.
