Brian drove a carrier over to Makin and ambushed my TF. They had just disgourged their troops and were unloading
supplies and they were hit from the skies. One sank outright and the other is going to sink before it gets home.
The Allies will finish it off tomorrow.

Okie dokie, l'm through looking through all the data from Tracker and Combat Reporter and now I'm using the buttons
at the top of the screen to tell me what to do next. This is the strategic situation overall. I'm swimming in
PP's.

RE: RHS II scen 129 GP and me
Okie dokie, now I'm on a mission to check my major hubs and the most major one is Tokyo and this is Tokyo now:
I've got a huge HI plant there and I don't plan on expanding it any. The RES center there probably can't drive
all the industry that's there and I'm depending on the flow of goodies from the other cities to flow to Tokyo.
I've been thinking of using the shipyard there (15) to convert all the AKE's I'm going to need but I'm pretty
sure other ports will work as well. I'm thinking Tokyo gets the most traffic of any port with the possible
exception of Osaka. The auto-convoy system isn't taking up much of the slack in logistics so I've been sending
a lot of convoys manually from Osaka to places that need goodies. But I can do that from Tokyo as well.
Whichever has the most ships at the time is the one I use for the origination port. I'm shipping the supplies
in the blind, not knowing whether or not the destination hub is going to need the supplies because 99% of the
time it does need it.

I got an email from Brian and he explained that I shouldn't expect any moves
from him before about late evening on Sunday and it's Saturday evening now so
I thought I'd best use the time to study the map and the hubs and get a better
feel about how everything is going.

Here's how Truk is doing right now. Plenty of supplies and fuel for now. I'm thinking of expanding the
repair shipyard to size 10(0) and maybe expanding the airfield as well. I want a big airfield there to
help with the resizing of squadrons and so on. Also, a big port would be a plus. I'll expand it all a
little bit at a time, one at a time.

Here's what used to be known as Babeldoab. In RHS-speak it's Karor or something or other. It could use another
shipment of fuel and I just now turned on the expansion of the port. I need a larger port there. There's not
much in the way of troops at Babeldoab to move to an invasion site. It had some AF units there but I've already
moved them to Truk.

Here's Osaka and I'm surprised that there's so much traffic here still. I would have thought most of the ships
would have left on a trip to somewhere with goodies. The Auto-Convoy system isn't taking up the slack on the
logistical chains. I'm having to build TF's by hand to do the routes. Osaka had 27K supplies last turn and
I bumped up the supplies needed quite a bit and it's got 29K supplies now so I guess the supply level might
stabilize close to there, maybe climb a little. So far so good at Osaka.

Here's Saigon now. I've been there. From what I saw, it's not much to look at. I'm surprised that there's no
ships docked there. I would have expected somebody there to load up the RES or the oil. I'll have to look into
that and see if I can't get somebody assigned to do just that.

I found some LCU's in the home islands that I can move to the PI or Singapore or somewhere.
They are moving to Tokyo right now. I expect them all there by day after tomorrow and then
I'll ship 'em out, probably to the PI.

I received some moves from Brian about 10 minutes ago and I've watched the combat replay and now I'm going over the
information in Tracker and I had to check out Tokyo to see how it's doing and here's the situation. The supply
level is dropping because I'm loading a lot of transports with supplies for the hubs and they are leaving daily.
Also I have some transports at Tokyo loading troops for distant places. It's a busy port right now.

Here's the industrial chart for 12Dec41 and you can see that I've got over 5K pilots now. Most of them are
training. It's almost the middle of the month and I won't have to pay any HI for pilots for a couple of
weeks. The RES level is rising at Tokyo which is a good thing. I could afford to boost the HI output a little
in Tokyo but I probably shouldn't. I'll think about it some more.

Here's the industrial overview of the situation. I'm still using up more oil and RES than I'm bringing to the
home islands. I'll have to redouble all the routes. As if I could.

I haven't reported the 11Dec battles yet so I'll do that now. Here's a sweep of Georgetown by some Oscars and
there's still a couple or three Buffalo planes there. They will be gone shortly.

Brian tried a strike at Haiphong with his obsolete airplanes and my LRCAP Nates drove it off. No kills
though, that's a sign that the squadron needs some more training.

There was a larger strike package to hit Hanoi but the same kind of obsolete bombers and an even larger CAP
contingent of Nates drove it away. But STILL no kills. More training is needed by the Nates.

My strike on Hong Kong was a what if, just to see how much the AAA and CAP levels were and it turns out not to bad.
I can safely assign the heavies to bomb this place. And it's going to need it. Brian's fellows have as much
arty as I do so I need to bombard them from the air for about a week or so.

I did a sweep of Manila that didn't go quite the way I had intended. I lost way to many Zeros. I'm thinking
I didn't put the sweep high enough and they didn't quite dominate like they should have because of it. Also,
I'm going to look at my sweeping squadrons again to see if I can't import more TRACOM-qualified pilots.

RE: RHS II scen 129 GP and me
I did two separate air strikes on some Allied ships that are fleeing south from Manila or Hong Kong. I got some
good hits and sank a couple of the little ones. I think they were just the little ones. Whatever they are I'll
take it. I'm going to move the carriers more into the path of the fleeing ships to try to bag some more of them.
