Air Tutorial

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

Air Tutorial

Post by blackcloud6 »

Is there a written good air tutorial out there? One that I could print out and then follow along with? I'm having trouble picking up the mechanics on how to tailor the air directives t do specific things, change targets etc.

Also, is there anything to tell how certain decisions with the air directives have certain effcts? I can't seem to notice what does what in the air layer.

Thanks

Read Harrybannana 'strategic bombing for dummies' in the war room and his 'decisively beating the AI' in AARs.
The lark, signing its chirping hymn,
Soars high above the clouds;
Meanwhile, the nightingale intones
With sweet, mellifluous sounds.
Enough of Stalin, Freedom for the Ukraine !

Believe me Harrybanana's advice is for very intelligent dummies.

But it's very good.

There is no way to have simple advice in this game, or any Grigsby for that matter.
