Good evening my capital fellow.

With a bit of tweaking on the Japanese production, you can get it so only 1 oil goes to Canton and 1 is saved in Japan. would you like me to send this option back to the Allies?
warspite1

Yes please. I gave up trying to use the spare CONV in the China Sea as the program just kept trying to put the save to production [8|]

Nordic 2

The Axis have certainly had the rub of the green in game 2 - dice throws and turn length....ho hum.... The Japanese and Germans looked menacing.

I will have a look at this game tomorrow.

Nordic 2

France will do a Land and USSR a Combined.

The only orders before land movement are:
5-3 INF Nice to Rouen
4-3 INF Nice to Rhiems

Shall I do the second part of he impulse?

Nordic 1

I'll send the prelim production file to Mayhemizer with your EoT instructions.

Nordic 2

Yes, probably good idea for you to do the second part. I assume those are rail moves for the French.

Great thanks - yes the two French moves are rail. It leaves the possibility of an Italian attack, but the Germans are the bigger threat and at least an Italian attack gives the chance of a US Entry penalty.

I think it will more than likely result in DoW and Nice being captured. If they do, it should also give the French a production boost.

If the turn doesn't end, I think we'll also see a DoW on Belgium.

Roll well on the weather if it doesn't!

Mate, I know Ormster is unimpressed with losing the Burmese oil (and it was unlucky) but I'd rather swap their luck with turn length and dice rolling in the other game quite frankly!

It's a good job I'm British or I'd be feeling a little bit peeved at the moment with the way things are going [;)]

Don't worry, I think I've proved that when it comes to rolling critical dice I am the man....

..or did I mean a total ****ing liability [8D]

The end of turn in Nordic 1 was unfortunate. There wasn't a lot more Germany could do but Japan could have inflicted more damage on the Chinese. If the Allies are using up some of their good luck, who knows?

What do you want to do about initiative? If we win and go first, the situation versus the Chinese won't have significantly changed. Go for re-roll and move backwards on the initiative track? Probably not too bad as we are heading into the winter turns.

Well, it was me who rolled the 1 for the end of turn. I suppose it's a case of two liabilities don't make an asset.

I say old boy what is the expectations vis-a-vis the rest of the impulse orders from your boys? Only asking from an afternoon planning perspective.

Has the E-mail not come through with the game file? Instructions were with that.

CW disembark 2 MOT's to Lorient and Brest.

No rebases or reorgs.

Roll well for the end of turn.

That's a good weather roll. It might slow the Axis a bit.

The BEF deployment isn't ideal but the only way to get them to France quickly and without placing the TRANS at too much risk. My experience with Mayhemizer is if ever I take a bit of gamble with TRANS, he without fail rolls a 1:10 search with predictably bad consequences.

It depends on the rolls of course, but my fear with that is that it won't hold up the Axis but WILL stop rapid deployment. We shall see....

If we get another impulse, I'll take a land so I can rail the units as far forward as possible. With a bit of luck the turn will end then.

My dear old thing,

Nordic 1

Have you any inclinations (I have but the doctor gave me decent ointment) about whether to call for a re-roll? With a good chance of poor weather, I'm not sure the penalty on initiative will be worth it.

Good evening old boy!

If you don't really need it then I'd say lets not risk it.
