Baltic States

Russia claimed the Baltic States the previous turn but the 3 capitols are not being recognized as Secondary Supply sources? Am I missing something?

If the previous turn that seems to be a bug. If the previous impulse of the same turn then they are not Secondary Sources until the next turn.

Soviets claimed Eastern Poland in S/O 39 and then moved into the BS the next impulse. It's now N/D 39, so it's definitely the next turn after the production stage.

I have the same problem. Now that the Germans are re-taking them they still aren't switching to supply sources.

I just recreated this. I'll fix it now.

Before seeing this post, I was ready to upload a new version as a Hot Patch. Now that won't happen until after I get this problem fixed.
