If you switch sides and try to manual-fire you'll see why the PAC-3 batteries are not shooting.

Yes, because max target speed of PAC-3 is reduced to 4000kt from 4800kt in DB3K B469.
Reduce target speed not only lower the PH but also reduce the engagement envelope of PAC-3.

The purpose of PAC-3 batteries station on there is to intercept SRBM attack Taipei.

It is weird it can't intercept SRBM attack key area of Taipei.

Emsoy I noticed that a few other missiles had their max target speed reduced in DB469, for example the "RIM-156A SM-2ER Blk IVA -- Cancelled" and the "RIM-156A SM-2ER Blk IV -- 2000". Were all changes made in DB469 reverted in DB470?

ORIGINAL: emsoy

No I only changed the PAC-3 [8D]

So was this an intended change? From 4000 kts to 2650 kts (max target speed) for the RIM-156.

I'm not playing any scenarios at the moment with the Lake Erie (SM-2ER Blk IV versions). But this change will limit its ability to defeat certain ballistic missiles during its terminal phase. However, if this change was based on RL data, it's all good. Wiki page (ik not the best source) doesn't show its maximum speed.
