Edit: Never mind, had forgotten plans for impulse.
RE: ALLENK, MAYHEMIZER AND THEIR ALLIES ONLY (Reverse AAR)
Looks like the Italian TRANS with the GARR in it is lost. Shouldn't have initiated combat, although the Allies would have been able to.

You sent game file for me play erst of the turn, but I think you didn't move Chinese units?
I send it back to you when I'm ready with rebase instructions.

This is somewhat horses and stable doors but I think I need to have a look at Italian fighter deployment [8|].

Yes, you can send them to Italy now.

Game 2
Germany is out of O-chits, now we need to delay Germans to survive at least one more turn (next turn INF and AT gun arrives for France).
I'm planning fight back attacking INF div (disorganized Italian FTR in same hex). Attack after German ground support would be 4,5 Blitz +1.
Question: Can CW cover French second line as shown in picture for one impulse? I will use HQ to reorganize MECH in Lille. Next Impulse MECH and MIL will move from Lille and CW can take Lille. France will try to delay Germans by forcing them to attack other hexes instead of advancing towards Paris. If you do this, fighter in Calais should be rebased to Bologne (not Rouen where France puts reinforcements next turn) to prevent Germans ground strike Wavell. If they try with CW fighter cover, good for us.
What about French Bomber? Should I ground strike spear head panzers or keep it for defensive ground support?

And if Italy does not have any planes in range of North Sea CW can now take combined and send TRS loaded with MIL or something else to North Sea to be disembarked next impulse. Germany takes land action for sure.

Don't like both HQ's being so far from the other units. When weather turns they will be OOS unless CP's maintained in North Sea. One good ground strike and the flank starts folding. As they are, they are pinning quite a few units.
Attack looks possibly good. Can you blitz in forest? If you advance units into the hex, will it leave things too thin in the hexes they vacate? If so, would need turn end and initiative to fix.
A good ground strike on the spearhead would bring that to a halt. Otherwise you need to find a couple of reasonable units to plug the gap. Do you foresee needing ground support nearer to Paris? Also factor in German fighters. Only Bf-110 against the ground strike I think. More to counter ground support.

Can Italy initiate combat in North Sea? If not, you can senf loaded TRS there and all units are in supply. France needs units behind front line or Germany breaks through and then they are very close to Paris. Can you send at least ARM HQ? And bring one more corps sized unit to Calais so that next impulse CW can take Lille?
I think France should ground strike tanks deep in France. If Bf110 intercepts, France does not send fighter. And if Germany wants to make French counter attack non-automatic (it's blitz in woods without bonus from tanks) they have to use another bomber. I like Germany more when they don't have O-chits of bombers.
I think it's very important to delay German plans, even if it costs some BPs. France starts to send BPs to UK this turn.

France advances from western hex, it's quite save as Germany can attack that hex only from one hex. And there is Frech ARM defending.

How do you suggest we defend France? I can make tonight plan B. France is going to attack, losses for Axis would be good, they kill Paris MIL which I rebuild right away and they have to use one impulse to take take that hex back.

I was thinking along these lines.
If Germany intercepts your bomber, I'd be tempted to counter with your 5 strength fighter. Better chance of clearing the bomber through . The Bf-110 is at twin engine disadvantage and if you manage to shoot it down it'll be a good bonus. Anywhere else and I think it will be swamped by other fighters.

I can intercept Bf110, land to Paris and maybe reorg to be used again.
Another thing we could do with fighter in to intercept attack hex when Germany sends ground support.

Just noticed the Italians have a 4 factor fighter they could also send to counter the ground strike. I think you would still be at an advantage.
Looking at ground support prevention, the likely hexes look to have 2 5-factor and a 6-factor fighter available to escort. Stuka, Ju-88 and 2 x Bf-110's look to be the bombers still available.

Don#t think I can send anything else to France this impulse. There are only 2 MIL left in UK and one of those is disorganised. It would empty London. We'll go with your original plan as there is a TRANS in the North Sea that will provide supply for now.

Does CW have enough units to defend Lille starting from next impulse? Is it even option to leave Antwerp empty and defend Lille area to make it harder to advance to Paris.
Are you afraid Germany might attack UK with PARA (and maybe invasion)? I remember CW has fleet in North Sea to make invasion hard.
I would also like to calculate how good attack CW gets to that hex with German PARA if Gort stays in Calais and reorganizes artillery this impulse. If Wavell leads attack (blitz) and Germany does not have many bombers left and CW has 2 good fighters in range.

There's quite a few 'if's' in that! Other option for reorganising the ART is the ATR but might want to keep that for air support. Attack would be 32:14.

Odds are not good enough to make attack at this point of turn.
Can CW take Lille next impulse if France reorganizes MECH and uses it to defend Paris?

How about plan B:
France ground strikes ARM and MECH in France, if intercepted French fighter joins the combat and lands to Paris. Bomber lands to west of Paris.
France leaves MECH alone to Lille for one impulse and reorganizes it. Next impulse CW takes control of Lille (by 2 HQs if they don't send MIL to France or by sending GAR/MIL from Belgium). If GAR moves from Belgium, CW still has defense value 5-6 in NE of Lille + SB + ARt if they use Gort for reorg.
France makes 4,5:1 +1 blitz against INF div and overruns Italian fighter. France has 15% chance to lose one unit in attack and 30% chance to disorganize all 3 attacking units but 100% chance to take hex even if Germany uses ground support. France will use HQs for reorg this impulse. Even if France loses one units (Paris MIL) GAR will advance.
Actually Germany is running out of corps sized units, so please stay in Antwerp [:)]
