Uninstalled Game leaves AppData can I delete?

Uninstalled Game leaves AppData can I delete?

Hi Again,
using Windows 8.1.
I'm trying to clean up some files and disk space... I've uninstalled a few games but they are leaving behind folders and files in the various user/AppData area.

Examples Germany at War leaves folders in Appdata/local
Legions of Steel leaves Folders in Appdata Local low
Train Fever is leaving a big file in Appdata Roaming multiple folders (363 MB) seams to be a map cache.[&:]

Any ideas ... can I delete this stuff? It seems like junk to me, but I'm caution about deleting app data folders

If the games are uninstalled, yes you can delete those folders.
