Community Content Pack Steam Download Problem Rectified!

I click in Steam to download and it opens up the game, but the new campaigns are not listed.

Just had to verify cache and it downloaded...

Apologies for the issues you experienced with the Steam version.

Please try using the Matrix Games Installer which can be downloaded here.
Just unzip and run the installer contained within, this should resolve the issue.

Please let us know if you are still having issues getting this working after downloading and running this latest version however.

I cannot get the Community content pack to work on steam and the Matrix Games installer won't work either. Very frustrating!

Can you elaborate as to what the issue is with the Matrix installer? I've given Matrix a heads up but any extra info you can provide will be helpful.

When I try to use the matrix installer it tells me I cannot because Strategic Command WWII War in Europe is not installed.

This isn’t correct. It is installed.

Sorry that you were still having issues with this on Steam.
We have now updated it directly on Steam which should fix your issue - if Steam hasn't automatically updated your game files please reattempt to verify the files from within Steam and let us know if you are still having problems.

Hi all

I am still having issues with this. It still dos not work. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled everything. According to Steam everything is verified and installed but the campaigns do not show up.

I tried to use the Matrix Game installer and when I click download I get "Hmmmm....can't reach this page".

After clicking the steam link, please check your downloads in steam and it should be queued up. You might need to manually allow it in the steam application.
