Industries grey colour

In Kobe I have production on but in grey colour of light ind and repair shipyard. Base suplies 17000. What does it mean i have a B.B. Repairing in the shipyard is it repairing?

It means you can't turn them off like you can heavy industry.

The buttons on Light Industry and Repair Shipyard are greyed out because they are Always ON, you cant turn those off.

So if thats what you are asking, your BB should be ok and repairing.

If you go to the Industries tab from the top of the screen it should show what I said for Kobe but more clearly.
