only a 'Soviet breakthrough attempt' nor much of a Briefing as in the other senarios.
Anyone have any info about this or who designed it?.
Spoiler below
As NATO, the Sh%t hits the fan, there is the 6th GMRD reinforced - 4 Regts,
barrelling down your way (T64's, T80's, BMP2's BT70's, Air and Artillery support as I've never experienced before.
This is truely a 'Soviet breakthrough attempt'.
As Officer Commanding Taskforce Bravo (British), you deploy on the 'Lauterbach' Map with with two '2nd Line' Battalions
of 2 Infantry Companies with FV432's,(armed with SLR's, Carl Gustav's, Milan ATGM sections.)
and a Squadron of Chieftains Mk9-Mk10 per Battalion.
A third Battalion comes in as reinforcements.
You get no intel of what you're facing. None of your units have Thermals...
Your Scorpion/Scimitar Recce units have their work cutout.
When they Identified approximately 3 or more Recon Co's,
I knew a meeting engagenemt in the open would be sudden death.
I decided to Dig in along the Maar-Lauterbach-Frishborn line
Hardly a stacked unit in place due to the 'all Knowing' AI Arty in the 2.0.13s patch.
My own 109's laid mines to 'Flytrap' Ivan coming down the roads, I don't have any luck with
ICM's with 2.0.13s and prefer mass Battery/Bn HE fires, keep scooting the on map Arty, they are your killers.
