PBEM 1.10 very slow & security issues

Accessing PBEM is much slower than under 1.10 vs 1.08. It often takes a minute or more to get into PBEM. My anti virus (McAfee) also now asks for permission for SC3 to access internet every time Im in and exit the game. I say always permit every time but the "changed program (SC3) wants access to internet" still pops up every time. This didnt happen under 1.08. Im guessing the anti virus is slowing PBEM access. tnx
