[ANSWERED] Download of CMNAO Order of Installation

I just downloaded subject game and received three files v1.12 and v1.12.5 which is not a rar file.
it is a setup file.
Do I download the setup for the v1.12.5 after loading in the game and what is it for.0
The third file is v1.13 I know what to do with that one.

You only have to download 1.12 first(approx. 4.00 GB one), then apply 1.13 Hotfix (http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4364235)
