[WAD] Possible bug with Own side Icons

I noticed this with playing CMANO after 1.13 was released.

Icons on the map of one's own units, the blue icons, seem to be displaying incorrectly.

They are visible, but the blue lines and such are much thinner and thus it makes them somewhat harder to spot.

UPDATE: This appears to be an issue with groups/group view, as they seem to appear normal when switching to unit view

I think what you're seeing is the "ghosting" effect for group members (sonobuoys can also appear likewise dimmed). When you switch to unit-view they should appear bright as normal.

Here's what I'm seeing:

This is the same for me. The TF "master" icon appears ghosted all the time, even when unselected. Checked the Northern Inferno save I'm in the middle of and it's the same there, where yesterday the TF icon was nice and bright.

It appears to only happen with the NTDS icons. The stylized ones look ok. Don't know if that helps narrow it down.
