Victory Conditions

Post by eddieballgame »

I would, really, like a breakdown on the Victory Conditions. Such as what criteria/formulas are used to acquire a Major/Minor/Draw result?
Particularly the Draws. Thank you

if you allow me I'm copypasting what I have answered you in the steam forum. Explained in summary:
The battle ends when a side losses half of their forces. That's the initial condition. To prevent stalling, that threshold rises every turn that both sides' losses do not have any significant variation.

Once a side reach this threshold, both sides compare total losses to get the final result. If the losing side have lost less tan 15% more than the winning side, then it is a draw.

Seen from the winning side, if losses compared with the losing side are:
> 0.75 <------ OVERWHELMING_VICTORY
> 0.6 <------ TOTAL_VICTORY
> 0.45 <------ MAJOR_VICTORY
> 0.30 <------ TACTICAL_VICTORY
> 0.15 <------ MINOR_VICTORY
else DRAW
