Error when launching any campaign from Community Pack

I have got message FAILED(select_campaign_dialog:draw_campaign_image_to_buffer):
Could not load image file.

Any help ?

Hello there
Is it one particular campaign where you have a problem, or all of them?

Problem was solved by very helpful and kind Hubert Cater. It was due to unicode character in my Windows user name account, solution was to create new account and transfer folder created by Community Pack installer.
