[ANSWERED] No text on new game start menu

Hi all,
I'm attempting to play CMANO on a surface pro 3 with a screen resolution of 2160x1440. No special settings, all Win10 defaults. The start menu won't work, and I can't figure out how to load a saved campaign game without it...thoughts?
