probleme in the first scenario
The tutorial is not enough clear. thinks to respond me

It is difficult to answer this question, because much of what you are seeking to understand is the sort of thing you need to play the game to determine. My advice is to do this:
1. Pick one of the introductory scenarios and start the game as the allies
2. Dont worry about strategy
3. Chose one aspect of the game, either air power, land power, sea power, or supply for example, and spend a little time playing around with those units. Learn how to give them orders, what their strengths and weaknesses are, and whatnot. Once you feel you have a good understanding, move on to another aspect like ships, and learn how to use them.
When learning the game and practicing against the AI, dont worry about strategy or winning/losing, just learn what the different buttons do and how to properly carry out the things you wish to do with your forces. Once you have a good understanding of the way the game works, pick a scenario that looks interesting and try to beat the AI.
And remember, UV is only an okay game against the AI, but when you play a human opponent it becomes a fantastic game.

I understand the language barrier is difficult, but dont worry... your English is much better than my French.
If you ask more specific questions on strategy, it will be easier to answer. Good luck.

Here is how I approached the 1st scenario. I put myself in the historical position of CinCPAC and decided to ambush the Port Moresby invasion force. I didn't worry about moving up air groups or supplies, I just sent out the Air Combat TF from Noumea with "Do Not React" and "Do Not Withdraw" and sent the Replenishment TF to follow the AC TF. I switched the PM Hudsons and Dauntlesses to Naval Search and the fighters to LR CAP. Not knowing any better, I probably set the percentages too high at 80 or 90%, but on the short scenario, it didn't matter.
Just as historically, I had the Air Combat TF plotted several hexes south of the Jomard Passage, the channel between Gili Gili and
Woodlark Is. On the second turn I sent out the Surface Action TF from Brisbane w/ a destination SW of the AC group.
If I remember correctly, my first game the AI opponent went for Lunga/Tulagi and the Gili Gili transports were pasted (marginal vicotry), but the second time I caught the carriers and sunk one, one heavily damaged to one damaged U.S. carrier.
I may have done things wrong for the "long haul" but I learned alot and was hooked on the game.

In English, it is better to say 'ship' instead of 'boat' when talking about Naval vessels.
Your strategy should be to stop the Japanese ships from landing troops at the bases in New Guinea, which are Gili Gili on the Eastern tip, Buna on the Northern coast, and Port Moresby on the Southern coast which is the most important location.

"le bateau" means "boat or ship" in french.

the tutorial being very summary, that is not always obvious to include/understand the strategy to be applied and gerer does the various elements of the play need one in first the 10 privilegier days scenario aviation for the recognition of the enemy fleet? be nice to answer me, that will justify me in the pleasure of playing. Thinks.

If I understand the question, there is very little you need to do to insure that you'll get a location report on IJN TFs. As I mentioned, I set both the Hudsons and the Dauntlesses at PM to Naval Search, and your coastwatchers will give you some idea of when something's afoot. You Air Combat TF has its air groups properly set to conduct searches. Good luck.
Valent Philippe, you should have some naval search groups set to search for enemy task forces, and they will do a good job of locating any enemy ships that come into range. Once they have been located, your bombers can launch attacks on them if the conditions are correct. It is not critical who spots who first, because if both sides search at the same time, and if you both attack one another it will happen simultaneously.
