Ghost CVP Causing Game to hang.

In the attached game file there's a "ghost" CVP in the 3-box of the North Sea. I didn't notice until the return to base phase after a long series of air to air combats. I had to go back to an autosave at the beginning of the ground support phase to get around this bug.

The cause I believe was that I select the air unit for ground support, undid (or undo) that support and then redid it. I've noticed that often when that happens the game gets confused. Anyway, the attached file contains the symptom.

I modified the program so when restoring a saved game, it detects a carrier air unit alone at sea (i.e., not on a carrier) and removes it from the MapStack for the sea area. Having the carrier air unit both on land and at sea was the problem.

Here is your game, repaired. I returned the Allied carrier air units to carriers (the 2 class units going to the class 4 Wasp).
