I purchased, however it won't download correctly. It pauses, then when restarting and finishing, it says the file is corrupted. Great work, guys!

I have not experienced this issue with any other games I have purchased from the Matrix family. I don't see why this game should be different. Additionally, I am not sure how to disable or work around the security.

if you post what you are using i can post a tech post on how to help you with it etc, as each one is different.

for a start, if your using a certain internet browser and it doesn't work, eg stops and doesn't resume, use another, chrome for me has the best resume, but other do and can work.

second if you check the Internet security firewall and or anti virus logs, it will or should point to if it was to blame, mostly it is tbh and try's to scan a half finished download which ends up stopping or corrupting it.

if you post which one, eg AVG etc, i can or others if online post a guide on how to add a given download to the programs safe list so it can be downloaded safely without the need to turn it off etc

well we can do what ever to support you so don't worry, apart from popping round with a thumb drive with it on etc

Well, I've exceeded my download attempts, so I have asked the help desk for another set. I'll try as soon as I get it. Hope my military skill sets continue to be better than my computer skill sets.
