Am I understanding this concept correctly? The 38th parallel tutorial suggests to set up movement and attacks but to hold off from executing them all in piecemeal, bc each time you move one unit the clock is ticking and your other units are expending time. So in TOAW 3, which I played several years ago, I do remember you would move all the pieces piecemeal, like in most turn based games. but now it is like one big setup phase, then one big movement phase. I am not sure I am ready for that mode of play.

Edit, or is it that we can move the units singly as we want but we better set up the attacks all first then all units attack at same time so clock isn't ticking?

Problem is I much more enjoy playing a game, then the damn learning curve!!

Yeah, that's what I do. Set up all the attacks before executing any of them.
