Operation Neva units have wrong colors

Read the documentation that comes with this scenario. Some of the Soviet units have different colors then they are supposed
to have.

Sadly, TOAW III Custom Unit Colors and Icons are not supported by TOAW IV. And before you say it, I will agree that it was a terrible oversight, really beyond belief.

Pretty dissapointing. I hope they address this. Really kills immersion when the soviets have some of the same
colors as the Germans. The scenario is playable just wacky colors.
