Reinstall the game

Hello,
I have a new computer and i try to reinstall the game but i don't find the file for...
I click on "autorun", the launcher open, and then, i click on "play game" and i have this message : "Could not initialize STEAM manager or invalid serial key".
When i click on "check for update" i have this message : "Please install Strategic Command WWII: War in Europe before to check for update".
And i don't find my serial key [:(]

Can someone help me please.

Just install STEAM and put the code-number please¡ (of your original copy of Matrix-games.) (at the CD you will get it)

I have not the game on steam, i bought it in December 2016 or January 2017.

yes, but now (ask the DEVS) a Know that some games are compatible on STEAM; putting your CD-KEY

or maybe now we have to play URGENT¡ on STEAM¿..so of possible that or we play on steam or we can not¡

Sounds like you might have just tried to copy the file contents of the game over to your new computer? Unfortunately this won't work and you'll need to reinstall using the installer.

If you no longer have the installer then I would suggest contacting Matrix support and they might be able to help you further.
