PBEM++ side

Post by TomBombadil711 »

Probably two dumb questions:

When I go to the PBEM++ lobby and there is Challenger xyz and Side Allies - Will xyz play Allies or I?

When I want to start a challenge and the tooltip says (without clicking the button) "Play as Allies" - Will I play Allies or do I have to click first if I want to play Allies?

Thanks in advance.

Any challenge you see has his/her side selected showing, so you will be the other side.

To choose which side to play when you create a challenge is the same as when you play in other modes, hot seat or vs AI. You change the side by the clicking the second from left most buttons on the bottom of the screen.

I have started a game and am sure I have chosen "NATO" but when the challenge started I was in command of Warsaw Pact. Probably I just missed to click NATO. Will see in my next game.

Bu thanks very much for your reply.

Ok, I have made a new challenge. In the "Challenges" tab it reads "Challenger - TomBombadil711" (me) and "Side - Arab League" (after I clicked pLay as Israel). A little bit confusing, at least for me. Will I play Arab League or Israel when the challenge is accepted? [&:]

I'll review it when I get a chance. I think it shows the side that the other person will play as.
