Naval Re-supply Question?

I searched thru the manual about naval re-supply and have yet to find anything said about it, except that it uses the old style re-supply method. They don't have to be in a port to re-supply and can re-supply while at sea. My main question is, if they are in a port/anchorage hex, do they re-supply any faster? They do have faster repair capabilities at a port, and I was hoping that they resupplied faster at a port too.

From page 58: Note that Naval, Air, and Helicopter units are still
supplied as they were under the Old Supply Rules.

If someone could point me to the page in the manual that talks about naval supply (except for the small paragraph on pg. 58), I would greatly appreciate it.
