player and no human controlled units (Infantry or AFV) are being deployed in the current
turn, the game will now not enable Reinforcements Segment.
 AI will now place eligible ordnance into Rubble, Buildings and Lumberyard hexes

 If a personnel unit is broken/broken+, “p” pinned sign will not be now displayed
 When an AFV fails to start and is immobilized/fails a bog check/Stalls/Starts/Stops/changes its
hull or turret orientation, the message displayed in the Auction Log Window would quickly disappear
without user being able to see the message
 The Pzkpfw IVF1 counter art sprite had long barrel, instead it should have short barrel, Terrain.
png was modified
 German 7.5cm leIG 18 and 15cm sIG 33 Infantry guns, British 6-Pounder Anti-Tank Gun, 17-
Pounder Anti-Tank guns and British M1A1 75mm Artillery Howitzer now carry limited HEAT ammunition.

Cool stuff!!! I'm glad it's finally out. I just got my 4K LCD so for UPDATE 5 I will be adding native 4K support to the game, while I do have others things in mind :D

Why is there a separate patch for the Kursk DLC, on the Matrix home page; do both of these need to be installed, or is this a mistake? [&:]

Kursk is not a patch, that's the Kursk DLC. Install the game, install the Kursk DLC and lastly install UPDATE4 patch.

Seems to be down or busy? Couldn't download from either Matrix or Slitherine.

edit: Waited a while and it works now.

Just one small problem installing the update. Downloaded from the forum w/out error. Disabled Trend Micro AV. Unzipped w/o error. Executing patch and received a "cannot decompress file to target location." Ignore/Retry/Abort. Tried abort a couple of times and got same error.

Attempted to install from the update selection within the game window. Same error. Selected "ignore". Patch completed. Version number is updated and selecting the update option from the game window tells me I have the latest version.

Game appears to run fine. Makes me wonder if I've missed something though.

No problems to report, all good. I was finally able to play the Campaign Games just to lose terribly the first time playing Psel Bridgehead. Previous to this update I was experiencing delays in minutes by turn 32 for movement between hexes but now only about 5-6 seconds max. That's a much greater improvement than the 45% Peter quoted! The colored text are great. The artillery is a lot more lethal and is now capable of destroying afv's more frequently. Did not notice the Combat Advisor but then I didn't look for it. Outstanding update!

One funny thing I noticed during Psel Bridgehead was that an infantry squad in melee remained in melee after the enemy was defeated. It was locked in melee with itself until the remainder of the game. Couldn't move nor shoot. Minor point but just mentioning if somebody else had the same experience. SeeYa.[:)]

Cool Hailstone, thanks for your positive feedback! If you see this Melee issue again and you have a saved game please send it to me, I will take a look. I'm especially happy that LOS and FOW performance has improved and CGs are now playable. I will continue to improve the game for the future.

This is the reason I waited to try Kursk. To get even moderate speed improvement must have taken quite a bit of coding, as did not seem to be related to the speed/power of a player's computer.
