Mission objectives...

Post by Grestok »

Hello ! Sorry if my question seems a little silly because I may have missed an elephant in a corridor, but is there a real way in the game to get a concise and precise summary of mission objectives ?

Thank you !

Differs from scenario to scenario, aka victory conditions as designed by the, well, scenario designer(s).

If you are referring to a list of objective hexes, I don't know of a way to get that without compiling it yourself. Some scenario briefings provide a list.

Note that in the Map view settings you can set victory objectives to "float", which makes them much easier to spot.
Grab them by the balls. Their hearts and minds will follow.

You can also load the scenario in the Scenario Editor and use menu File/"Dump Scenario as..." and save a txt file anywhere. Open it, and it lists objectives with location and values under "Valued Objectives". Its also filled with other useful things to know, like events and their triggers, etc.
