It's the 'innerPlaque' file in 'graphics', but needs to be chosen carefully as it also provides backgrounds for the 'Micro View Panel' and the 'Old Unit Panel', so it needs to have a suitable neutral appearance.

The original file has a resolution of 1152x864, which gives a poor reproduction in higher resolution screens, but an image set at your normal screen resolution will work, the example here is 1920x1080.

Yes, I have already toned down the colour of mine to match the other game screens, but your example is very good and fits in nicely with the game appearance. [:)]
