Command: Chains of War is a DLC for Command: Modern Operations. 20 minutes into the future, a spark erupts in the Korean peninsula that will lead to a theaterwide conflagration embroiling the entire Western Pacific and drag all major powers into it.

I bought Command: Chains of War through Steam. How can I register it with Matrix (Can't find a serial number). Is registration even necessary if purchased through Steam?

From memory, the same serial number is used for Steam and Matrix.

I have a similar but slightly different problem.
CoW and Shifting Sands were included in the periodic updates I have downloaded and applied CMANO, but there is no serial number for either game and it is not possible to register without one. Scenarios in both extras will not run without a serial number.
How do I correct this?

Both are DLC that need to be purchased (not too expensive). That's where you get the serial numbers. They show up but are not unlocked until you buy them. Check the Matrix website.
