suppy depot question

suppy depot question

I am playing CFNA 41-43. I have Supply A surrounded. However, I am not permitted to attack it. I can bombard it, but not attack it.
Are Supply depots non-attackable? I apologize if this has been asked before, but I could not find it. Thanks, j

Your units can't enter that hex because they can't cross the major escarpment.
