Rail Capacity

For some reason my rail capacity is always below full strength. I don't believe I have any units boarded on rail, this has been like this for several turns. See picture.

Have you try hitting the "." button (just below and to the left of the enter key)several times. You may a unit on a train somewhere that you are not aware of.
Thought for the day:
If you feel like doing some work, sit down and wait....... The feeling does go away.

He he thanks you were right. 15 Hexes west Qasr Qarun half of the Aus 9th Div sitting the middle of nowhere. A legacy of overnight saves I would suggest.
