One partisan appears to China. USSR places it, is the northern resource hex good?
Yes.

End of turn orders for France and USSR.

Prod Plan:

France:
The Port of Spain oil should be changed to be saved in Fort-De-France, Martinique. This might be enough to get the Senegal resource to France. France should produce for 11 factories and have 7 BPs. The Iraq oil is saved in Damascus (unless, of course, there are extra CPs available then it can be saved in Lyons).

USSR:
Save the oil in Irkutsk.

Stay at sea:
All CPs stay at sea. The three French cruisers in the 1-box of Bay of Biscay stay.

Return to Base:

The French ships in North Atlantic return to Brest. the TRS and CA is the Med return to Mogador, Morocco.

Use oil:
France reorganize all units except the CV for no oil cost (0.4).
USSR reorganize all units for no oil (0.2).

Production:

France (7):
HQI
Pilot

USSR (8):
LND4
INF
Save 1 BP in Moscow.

Reinforcements:

France:
FTR3 -> Paris

USSR:
LND3 -> Baku
GARR -> Minsk

End of turn for Germany

A group of staff officers from the Kriegsmarine disappear overnight when news reaches the High Command that no convoys have been sent to Sweden to bring the resources back to Germany [:(].

All German units at sea return to base. He 112 to 48,35. NAV to 47,35. CA and sub to Kiel.

Reorganise all 0.75 points using oil at Bratislava.

No breakdowns.

Production 12
ARM HQ
MIL
Pilot.

Scrap Do-17M and both Ju-86's.

Don't upgrade Scharnhorst.

Place MIL wherever.

No plane removals.

End of turn for Japan / Italy

Italy
Save oil in Milan

Japan
10 Production points – 1 saved oil in Fukuoka and 2 saved oil in Persia.

Italy
Sub (2nd cycle)
1 x Saved in Milan

Japan
Carrier (1st cycle)
AMPH (1st cycle)
Militia
INF

The Japanese use one Persian oil to reorganise all units (1.2)

I don't believe there are any non-MIL units to place.

I can tell you I'm having quite a lot problems with convoy system.

I kind of solved all of them (or worked around so that I don't have to touch convoy lines), except I can't remember how to chance oil resource going to trade. How can I set oil from Canada going to France?

Thank you and good night.

I was able to send oil from Canada to France, but not oil from Venezuela to Fort-De-France, Martinique. Was that even possible? Due to CW convoy lines one resource had to set idle to get oil to French island and that costed one saved oil to CW. But they have plenty of them.

CW/US/China turn end:

CW main fleet in North Sea returns to UK.

US CP from Alaska returns to Honolulu.

CW reoganize all for 4.1 oil.
US reoganize all for 0.65 oil.

Productions

China 6
MIL
GAR
CAV

CW 9
INF
CVP-1
CP
Pilot
CV Victorious (2nd)

US 11
AMPH (1st)
TRS (1st)
CV (1st)
TERR
Pilot

Netherland is conquered.

Reinforcements

China
MIL to Chunking

CW
Pilot to CVP Gladiator
MIL to NEI
INF to Cape Town
CVP to Liverpool on CV

US
TERR to Manila

No reroll for Allies.

Axis decide who goes first.

If Martinique is French owned, then no, oil from Venezuela can't be sent there. If it is CW or US owned, then the owning player could send it there.
I thought I knew how to play this game....

It is French owned, so I was hitting my head to wall for no reason...

I was also wondering why sending oil to France decreases French production. If it uses CW convoys, why France gers one less recourse? Maybe oil hijacked one French CP on BoB?

Resources, and oil, use CPs from all active MPs. So French and CW CPs at the moment.

To get the result that I want I often set several resources on 'idle'. When I get the resources I want to factories I slowly begin to relocate those resources to specific factories as long as I have CPs left.

Oil from Trinidad / Port-of-Spain should be able to be delivered to Martinique, I believe that one is a CW controlled hex, can't recall 100% right now.

Yes it is possible. But my convoys were not set for that.
