Game looking at wrong file folder

My windows system hard drive won't run windows anymore. Tried to repair etc. still crashes. Bought a new hd and installed windows on it. Everything is looking good but when I try to load SC3 I get all the wrong scenarios and mods. When I track them down the the game is going to my MS cloud drive or Drive One on the net. How do I get the game to change to the correct/old "campaigns" folder?

I search the forums and nothing came up for "wrong folder", change folder, change config.ini etc.

By the way I hate this forums search engine.

Humm... Could use a xmas present here. Anyone, anyone, Bueller...Bueller?

I point it to other folders and it says it can't find the scripts which are clearly there.

Got the same Problem.
ToDo: Try to start as ADMINISTRATOR (right click on Game-Icon = Start as ADMINISTRATOR)
