DE113 Manual Edit

I believe the Game Manual needs to be edited for DE113 (Raid on St. Nazaire)
The manual states it will fire on Dec 1st, 1940 if 'conditions'

It didn't fire until Sept 9, 1941.

I presume the manual needs an edit.
