Hi,

I have played WIR quite a bit, but only against the AI, which, as you know, stinks. I am playing WIR 3.3. I would like to play the Russian side. I can manage 1 turn per day on most days. I have never used the PBEM feature, so you'll have to walk me through it. I am really looking forward to a challenging game!

On another note, I am still very disappointed with the blizzard shattering that happens to the Germans in the first winter. Almost every time I attack a German unit it is shattered. Is there an older version in which this is not so prevalent? The bug fixes and upgrades to the new WIR versions are great, but the game is still unplayable in 41 because of the blizzard shattering.
