Help with Editor

Post by morphin »

Hi
I have a test Scenario (slot 198) and i made a copy of the LCU ID 3270 to ID 3269 (Copy of 1st IJA A-Type 19th in Chengting). I didn't change anything else except the name (new Name is 1st IJA Copy)

Why do i not see additional INF unit in Chengting?

It seems that certain ID are blocked... If yes then which ones?

Thank you very much
Andy

If you make any changes to any of the original scenario, you must copy/paste the entire scenario to a slot different than the scenario title you are making the change to..

Further, new units may not show up in an on going game..

1.Open an existing scenario..
2. At top left hit "Save as (and here go to a blank scenario slot)..
3.Give the new slot a new title like "Custom" for instance), and make you changes to items in this new scenario.

Thank's
But the problem was that the Slot 3269 was already referenced as primary unit from other units...
So it is not easy to know which unit is a primary unit and referenced from other units..

When you "save as"....you want to paste and save it to ANY blank scenario slot...

Understand...to create a single UNIT...you MUST make that save to an entirely new SCERARIO slot...You will literally be creating a new scenario...

Go back to my original answer and re-read it...slowly...
