Does this Matrix collection include the Talonsoft Sea Lion expansion pack?

Thanks Jason. Somehow I missed this before from the product info: "Containing TalonSoft's West Front, East Front, and Rising Sun epic platoon-level combat series, as well as all of the official add-ons and expansion packs".

Are the original soundtracks/background music intact?

Sold! Installing as I type. Been a while since I fired these up, well except for Sea Lion which I always wanted but never ended up getting.
