The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! HardCore Recon Rules could someone explain to me what they are or where to go to find out. Maybe my manual is outdated as I have nothing reffered to in it.

They are an extra variant added in a late patch, hence not documented in manual.

Basically this variant makes it much harder to get information on enemy units. This will make it easier to surprise your opponent.
