Allies rolls 8 but Axis rolls even worse so CW end up with 4 surprise points. How will Allies proceed?

Axis get a better result in France. Two more high rolls but here Axis rolled 6 while Allies rolled 10.

Rail Movement:

Japan rail one garrison from Manchuria to Tungkwan.

Germany rail one ENG, one ART, and one INF, from the East front to the West front.

Land Movement:
Italy:

Italian forces occupy Bone in Algeria.
1st Infantry Division move from Cagliari to Olbia.
Italian forces liberate Khartoum from British oppression.
Italian forces advance towards Nairobi.

Japan:
Shanghai Warlord capture Foochow.
2nd Army captures a resource in Southern China.
In central China the Japanese forces concentrate NW of Lake Tungting.
In the North the Japanese concentrate on Sian.

Over to Mayhemizer for the remainder of the impulse.
