map jump after viewing battle report

Post by gwgardner »

While looking at the battle report, the map centers on the location of the battle. However, after closing the battle report window, the map jumps to some old location. Is there any way to stop it from jumping after it has centered on a battle location?

Yeah it goes back to the last selected unit, I think. Annoying.
No way to avoid it that I know of.

What I do is click on one of the battles and when it gets to the battle,
I press the space bar to give me access to the units on the map, then
still holding the space bar, click on one of the units involved in the
attack and THEN let go of the space bar. When you dismiss the battle
reports dialog the map will be centered on the unit you selected.
Does the CIA still do wet work, from time to time, depending on the National Security threat say......?
