Download speeds are horrible

What is going on with your website?

I have been trying to download a game I purchased and a patch and you download speed is 20kb/s
this is horrible.

download speed depends on your location and your speed and what game is it your downloading, on day one of a release, a given game will or could be slower than on day 2 and 3 etc etc

it also depends on how you are downloading it, some browsers are quicker than others, with some not liking ftp sites at all and then it's better to grab it with a FTP free program which not only works faster for some, but also resumes the download if you get cut off or any errors etc

I got the FTP download manager that Matrix reccomends and it blocks the download whats up with that?
