I have been waiting for this for a long while and wow what an anti-climax it is turning out to be
I have a download limit of just 40GB a month and i have tried to download this 3 times now and each time i get a network error
The speed of the download was not even 80kbs which i find strange as when i download something from Steam for instance i am getting on average 18mbs
I have wasted over a GB trying to download this so im not happy
When we had a massive update to win10 about 2/3 weeks ago it altered a lot on my system and i lost a lot but managed to reinstall due to the fact as i had made back-ups but unfortunately i never made a back-up of TOAW4 and when i went to re download that the same thing happened then and i have not been able to play that game
I am somewhat peed-off as you can well imagine as it is only your site that is giving me this problem
I have bought over 25 of your games and why this is only just started i dont know

try a download client, like a ftp, as a browser sometimes doesn't resume, where as a dedicated ftp does

First, we recommend using a FTP client like Filiezilla ( https://filezilla-project.org/ - you will need the client, not the server version), SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com), CuteFTP or BulletproofFTP. These tend to give you the best transfer speeds, reliability and the ability to resume broken file transfers.

i myself use either chrome and had no issues or Filiezilla


uninstall old version and as it's not no longer needed, just use the newer installer and it's 550mb compressed

Yet another 431mbs useing now a download manager and still an error and when i try to connect again
I get 421 IP address Blocked

Did you try to DL it from the members page as well?

What about your AV or the firewall settings?

Error 421 usually is - Response: 421 Too many connections (8) from this IP
Error: Could not connect to server.

just done 2 download tests, one in chrome and on on a ftp,.

both for me got same results, just under 2 mins, with no errors

time it just for show, as if anyone gets any errors, it's either there line or isp, as connection here is solid, was when i did it yesterday and 2 times today on this, and for 4 other updates done to day with a mix of chrome and my FTP client

But have wasted a good 1.5GB of my 40GB limit to get it done
Oberst_Klink all thats on the members only page was the 1.2 update
When i download from elsewhere i dont seem to have a problem soi will have to do some investigation
Looks good but have yet to play it

Well, glad you got it now. But what I meant was, Member Page as in your registered games and the download there Not that it matters now. Have fun mate!
