I am working on converting ASL Scenario 13 (Capture of Balta) over to Tigers on the Hunt.

I have worked around the map issue of not having hedges or stone walls (sadly, by ignoring them), but I need some advice on how to implement troops starting in an entrenched position. I was thinking about using shell craters, but the scenario set up lets the defender select the locations of the troops, so preselecting on the map is a non-starter.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
