log on password forgotten

Greetings, I misplaced my online password for the TOAW online PBEM gaming. How can I reset that? I uninstalled and reinstalled game, but still cannot access online gaming access because of password. I am also getting a error message, "not enough data transferred", and yes I did patch. Thanks.

Disregard, I was able to play with enough combo of numbers to unlock, but I will keep post active, in case someone else runs into the same situation.
