Un-zipped fine, ran in Admin. mode still it hangs while updating the un-installer (the first thing!).
Is this a comprehensive update? If I un-install and re-install TOAWIV is this the only patch I'll need?
Thanks for the suggestions though :)

Is the problem of "variable initiative" still activating when starting in "hotseat" mode going to be addressed in the next patch? It was discussed back in December, but I'm not sure if it made it into the fix list or not.

Does a new (first time) download of TOAW IV include all updates, or do I need to TOW IV 4.0.1.23 and then patch?

Unfortunately wasn't fixed in this patch... which is a pity since is crippling some scenarios

I will have a look, no need to panic, Darren. Easy to fix - see below.

We could use a rail line outline button teamed with "find RR Repair crew" button!

Open the OOB, sort the units by type, click on the unit. But yes, some highlight certain units etc. stuff would be cool, too.

Thanks the "Units" button, then "OOB" button found the RR Repair crews, thanks.
We still need a "highlight rail lines" button, badly.

That would be nice, although you can highlight permanently the rail lines via some graphic mod.

I'm looking at the Print-friendly manual.pdf and the original manual PDF, I don't see any difference. I wish there was a manual without the textured background and the green bars above and below the text. They eat up so much ink.
