Is this a comprehensive update? If I un-install and re-install TOAWIV is this the only patch I'll need?
Thanks for the suggestions though

Un-zipped fine, ran in Admin. mode still it hangs while updating the un-installer (the first thing!).

TheOperationalArtofWar4-SetupRelease-v4.0.0.11 has to be patchedORIGINAL: rhinobones
Does a new (first time) download of TOAW IV include all updates, or do I need to TOW IV 4.0.1.23 and then patch?

Is the problem of "variable initiative" still activating when starting in "hotseat" mode going to be addressed in the next patch? It was discussed back in December, but I'm not sure if it made it into the fix list or not.

Open the OOB, sort the units by type, click on the unit. But yes, some highlight certain units etc. stuff would be cool, too.ORIGINAL: RPKUPK
We could use a rail line outline button teamed with "find RR Repair crew" button!

That would be nice, although you can highlight permanently the rail lines via some graphic mod.ORIGINAL: RPKUPK

Thanks the "Units" button, then "OOB" button found the RR Repair crews, thanks.
We still need a "highlight rail lines" button, badly.
