Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

At the bottom of the unit detailed supply page

No trucks 0
No fuel 0
No supply 0
No manpower 90

What does this mean and what is the significance of No Manpower 90

THANK YOU

The no manpower 90 means that in the 90% supply segment a shortage of manpower prevented this unit from getting replacements. The 90% supply segment is rather late in the supply phase (I think it starts at 10 and works it's way up). So the unit would have gotten a few more replacements had there been available manpower. The 0s mean the other items were not a factor in keeping you from getting resupplied.
